We currently only ship within the United States.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Timeline

Orders ship from South Korea and typically arrive within 7–12 business days.

Shipping Method & Fees

• A flat shipping fee of $9.95 USD applies per order.
• We offer free shipping on orders over $200 USD.
• We use trusted carriers such as DHL or FedEx, depending on the most cost-effective and reliable option at the time of shipping.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped so you can monitor delivery progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is shipped and a tracking number is provided, the responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided. That said, if you need further assistance, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to support you
