Refund policy
We currently do not accept returns for any of our products. All sales are final.
However, if you experience any issues with your product—such as defects or functional problems—we offer after-sales (A/S) repair services to address and resolve the issue.
A/S Service Process
If your product is defective or requires repair, please contact us at graphenesound@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos that help illustrate the problem
Once we review your request, we will provide further instructions on how to send the product to us for repair.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at graphenesound@gmail.com so we can evaluate and address the issue.
Notes
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time.
- A/S services are available for repair only and do not apply to general wear and tear or misuse.
